Project description: Single-family dwelling located in London Borough of Brent. The development includes side extension, loft conversion with a dormer extension and a garden house. 
RIBA Work Stages: 2 - 4 (Concept Design - Technical Design, Tender documents preparation) 
My duties: I worked on the project since the beginning - starting with concept design through developed and technical design. My main tasks were: preparation of existing layouts, developing of a schematic design option, 3D modelling, detailed design, submitting application drawings, drawings coordination, tender package preparation, Building Regulations Drawings, Revising Schedule of Works for the Building Contract, Preparing JCT Minor Works Contract for signage.
